We wants to see the world in which every person has the opportunity to improve their lives , A world that see us all the same no matter the age, social or economic status 

We have a team of committed individuals dedicated to developing programs to strengthen our communities, help families break the cycle of poverty and provide guidance and support through our Social Services Advocacy.

Through our ACCESS site and Community Resource Center, we are able to help families and individuals apply for benefits such as Medicaid, Medicare, and SNAP. In addition, we will be offering compassion meals for seniors in need of food and social connections.

We believe that every family deserves a chance to make their dreams come true and have their voice heard.
